This Privacy Policy applies to PuckerUp! — the iOS game developed by coffeeforthewicked. We built this game with your privacy in mind. We collect as little as possible. Most things stay on your device. The rooster doesn't snitch. 🐓

PuckerUp! uses Apple's TrueDepth API via ARKit to detect facial expressions and control gameplay. Specifically, the app reads real-time facial blend shape coefficients — the degree to which you are puckering or pouting — to move the in-game character. No facial geometry, face mesh, or biometric identity data is collected at any point.
All face processing happens entirely on your device, in memory, in real time. Blend shape data is discarded immediately after use and is never written to disk, retained between sessions, aggregated, or used for any purpose other than controlling gameplay. No facial data is ever transmitted to us or any third party.
PuckerUp! captures a photo of your face at the moment of death for display on the death screen and as a "mugshot" in your profile. Up to three mugshot photos are stored locally on your device. These photos are encrypted using AES-256 encryption and iOS Data Protection. They are never uploaded or shared. You can delete them at any time by uninstalling the app.
If you choose to save or share a photo, that action is entirely your choice. We do not initiate it automatically.
PuckerUp! stores game progress, preferences, and statistics locally on your device. This data is not linked to your identity and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by uninstalling the app.
PuckerUp! offers in-app purchases including filters, lives, and an optional remove-ads subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or process any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs purchase data.
PuckerUp! may display ads via Google AdMob unless you have purchased the remove-ads subscription. AdMob may collect data to serve ads in accordance with your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) preferences. You can manage your tracking preference in iOS Settings. PuckerUp! is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has used the app, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
All game data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by deleting the app. We hold no data on our servers that can be associated with you, so there is nothing for us to delete on our end.
